Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://parkswellpumpsonlyin.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Well Pump Repair, Submersible Pump Repair, Water Well Pump, Pressure Tank Replacement, Well Pump Installation, Pump System Maintenance provided by Parks Well Pumps Only. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Parks Well Pumps Only (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Parks Well Pumps Only may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. Parks Well Pumps Only makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Parks Well Pumps Only's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Parks Well Pumps Only against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IN.
